This opportunity requires the successful candidate to manage projects and work closely with project accountants and other members of the team on each project to ensure that the agreed targets are achieved both on time and in budget.

Responsible for project delivery and monitoring to ensure that at all times the department is working within the company's current policies on financial constraints, quality requirements operational procedures and client satisfaction.

You will be working with colleagues to ensure that customer requirements are met while building and maintaining partnerships with customers.  You will plan and organise resources in conjunction with HR and manage costing information to produce the best margins.

Meeting targets set by the company and preparing project achievement and spend details for weekly contract review meetings will be priorities along with delivery of projects on  time and within budget

You MUST have an Engineering qualification (preferably in marine applications) or similar, with experience in ship repairs and project managing large projects.

Your leadership skills will be unrivalled, with procurement and budget management experience.
You will manage relationships both internally and externally and have superb communication and interpersonal skills.

Formula Masts are opening a new aluminium mast manufacturing facility in Horndean, near Portsmouth.  We are looking for additional staff to join a small team dedicated to producing high quality aluminium spars.

Previous mast production experience would be a definite plus.  The ability to produce high quality fabrications in aluminium is essential.  You should be proficient in using hand tools and will need to demonstrate that you are an experienced/qualified welder, used to both MIG and TIG welding.  Machine shop experience would be beneficial.

The successful candidate must have some managerial experience as well as hands on approach for getting jobs done. Candidate will have an in depth technical knowledge of mechanical and or electrical engineering but an understanding of both is a must.

**URGENT AVAILABILITY**

RYA Training Centre  - Selected candidate would join other Instructors teaching children and adults from beginner to racing standard. 

Programmes includes Schools afternoon activity classes, morning private teaching.  Experienced children and adults have race coaching/regattas at weekends.International Award Yacht Sailing Expeditions to Bahrain and UAE.

0ur fleet includes Dart Catamaran, Lasers, Picos, Funboats, RS Teras/Feva, Optimists and two racing yachts.

Qatar is a fast expanding Country with a big expat community. Most things can be found in the State having large malls/supermarkets, good hotels accommodation and restaurants.  The weather between November and March is like a warm English summer – on rare occasions temps. can go down to 7c with very occasional rainfall in winter.

Position will be offered to candidate who shows a genuine interest in company development and expansion - two year renewable contract to include flights,exce llent accommodation and health care. Annual Holiday - month of August to include return flights.  RSA closes for  Christmas, New Year and Easter Day  All residency, sponsorship fees, etc. are covered by the Academy.

During the period of shamals (strong winds) staff get extra time off as we operate a flexi system whereby staff are expected to help out during very busy periods.
