This person will also be looking after planning the marina staff training, preparing monthly business and operations reports for the MD, ensuring the marina is well maintained and assisting in the day to day running of a smooth operation. In the absents of the marina manager at least two days a week you are to assume the duties as required, also you will be the lead in planning the organisational and operating parameters of the marina.

The watch word is organised, this role is for someone who can manage high traffic marinas with a customer focused outlook, experience of managing in marinas or boat yards is a prerequisite.
