A growing Superyacht brand in the South of France require an experienced Naval Architect or Structural Engineer to join their growing team
Responsible for working on some of the most exclusive brands in the marine world, this employer work with all manner of substrate, from Composites to Steel, and will complete projects from newbuild to total repair and rebuild, with no job to big or small. This role will be focussing around the 40-100m sector, so experience with this size of vessel is preferred
You will have ideally been involved in the structural engineering or naval architecture of superyachts within the 40-100m category and be used to working with a variety of substrates including Composites, Aluminium and Steel. Flag state and Classification experience is a must for this position. As an added bonus an understand of welding processes would also be advantageous, but not a neccessity
This role is located in the South of France but may require an element of international travel. It is also likely relocation will be required, and there will be a relocation package available.

A busy Shipyard in Turkey require 2x Project Managers to join them on a permanent basis. As producers of both Sail and Power vessels, they require a Project Manager to cover each side of the business. 
As a medium volume builder, the brand work at a high pace, producing high quality vessels to a strong standard, but to strict timescales and budgets. 
You will ideally come from a background with a volume producer in one of the French/Bavarian yards and be able to maintain a high level of productivity from your team at all times, operating with meticulous attention to detail. A technical and hands on understanding is a must, as is people management. 
You will act as a point of contact between design, production and finance, being able to provide clear updates on various critical points of the project, providing valuable input, and implimenting new ideas and suggestions in order to improve results. 
This role is based in mainland Turkey, and so as such will require relocation. There will be a level of assistance required in this instance.

A leading designer and builder of a range of Superyacht tenders in Germany require a highly skilled Design Engineer to join their team. A longstanding business in this sector, they are keen to expand their team with an experienced individual.
 
Ideally from a background working in a Design Engineer or Naval Architect role, you will have experience working with Composite materials and small craft. You will be highly skilled in the use of Solidworks 3D and CATIA, and be used to working with a varied range of different softwares to a good level. A Naval Architecture or similar degree is also required.
 
You will be joining an existing Design Team of 5 individuals and be looking to come in at the upper end of the team, being able to fill in for the Design Team Lead when he is out of the office. There will be an element of project management also involved, so experience working as a Boatbuilder or in marine construction would also be of huge benefit.
 
As this role is outside of the UK we welcome international applicants for the position. Whilst being able to speak German is not a must, an interest in learning the language would be required.

International Sales Manager – EMEA & ROW required to oversee and expand a trusted dealer/distributor network in delivering a market leading product to a demanding, high-end, luxury market as well as selling in to the boat design, Superyacht refit and semi-custom boat manufacture sectors.
You will have experience dealing with distribution networks internationally as well as have a good understanding of the international boat design and boat building sector to drive new sales opportunities throughout your EMEA and RoW remit.
You will build a good understanding of the market share and competitors activities.

A Mechanical / Electrical engineering background is highly beneficial, as to understand the product and a level of support is to be given to both the sales team, dealers and distributors throughout Europe, Middle East and Rest of World.

You will work closely with the CEO and management team to understand areas within the global market to penetrate, assisting in the set up of new partners/sales representatives, providing full training and ongoing support. 
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Global Distributors / agents for the General Marine division.
  • Build relationships and create sales opportunities with semi-custom Boat Manufacturers.
  • Provide product training where necessary
  • Boat Show management – Overseeing the European Boat shows, and attending where necessary. 
  • Work with the Marketing department to Support the Team and Distributors with sales and marketing material.
  • Report Directly to the CEO
  • Build and maintain a good relationship with customer base.
  • Create new customer opportunities
  • Push products into new applications within the industry
  • Understanding the core products and their application, assisting with technical support to both the sales reps and clients direct.
  • Share market feedback to products, trends and opportunities direct to CEO 
  • Assist with market research for new product development

Key Skills / Requirements
  • Must have a good knowledge of the International Marine industry.
  • Candidates can be home-based but must regularly report to the UK office.
  • A valid Passport is crucial as the role requires a high level of international travel.
  • Degree in engineering preferred but experience also accepted.
  • 5 Years Experience in Sales management, with good track record.
