Following an exciting period of development and expansion, a leading brand within the Superyacht world are now seeking to add to their team with an Outfitting Designer. 
Working to produce some of the most outlandish yachts on the market, this brand is going from strength to strength, rolling out a number of new vessels and expanding as they go. The Outfitting Designer will be working closely with a number of individuals, including the Head of Design and Engineering, the Concept Design Team and of course the production side of the company. 
You will be well versed in taking concepts through modelling and Production drawings, ideally having worked on vessels up to 80ft in length, but with a focus on exterior outfitting and componentry. Extensive work with either Rhino or Solidworks would be advantageous alongside Autocad aswell. You'll be working on series and custom products, and experience with either would be ideal.

The Electrical Design Engineer will take responsibility for the entire electrical and electronics setup of the vessels, designing circuitry, engineering onboard electrical and electronics solutions, and working to specify on-board systems based on works provided by the other members of the Design team. 
You will be experienced working to develop the electrical systems aboard vessels in the 60-80ft market, either at a production or semi-custom level, used to working closely with others, but also being able to work exceptionally well with no supervision. An opportunity has now arisen for a full-time Brokerage Manager to head up their Port Solent office. The primary responsibility will be to manage, co-ordinate and develop brokerage and new boat sales within the office as well as develop the client base in the local area.
The successful candidate must have a proven track record in managing and developing a brokerage team as well as the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Knowledge of both power and sail craft is a prerequisite for this role as well as experience of the used boat market. Local marine knowledge would be an advantage for this position.

Description: To be part of the brokerage team acting as the interface between the public and the local Ancasta International Boat Sales office.
  • Actively soliciting new boat listings
  • Actively promoting the sale of new and used boats both within the local area and across the Group
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with both customers, clients and other brokers
  • Helping to develop the appropriate strategy to generate sales and ensure agreed targets are met
  • Assisting with sea trials as and when required
  • Actively show boats to potential customers
  • Assisting with moving boats/deliveries when required
  • Organising the cleaning and maintaining of boats (with external support if necessary) as and when required
  • Preparing all documentation relating to the sale of boats ie:
– Bills of Sale
– Change of ownership details
– Sale & Purchase agreements
– Invoices
  • Ensuring all brokerage processes and followed and adhered to fully
  • Ensuring accurate records are kept within the office
  • Adhering to all health & safety procedures and policies
  • Attendance at local and national boat shows as required
Person specification:
  • Good working knowledge of local marine environment, clients, boats, marinas and sailing clubs etc
  • Good working knowledge of both power and sail craft
  • Recent and relevant brokerage experience would be beneficial
  • Recent and relevant experience of new boat sales and/or part exchange deals would be beneficial
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to deliver the highest level of customer service

  • Strong customer/client liaison skills

The company historically have been incredibly successful in boat sales throughout the yachting industry in S.E. Asia and are now focussing on growing and developing their Charter operation in to a stand alone operation, off the back of rapidly increasing demand.
The services currently offered are crewed/managed luxury charters with a small fleet of Large Sailing boats and Superyachts (Sail & Power) as well as bareboat charters.
The project will require the successful candidate to plan, implement and develop the scale of the Charter operation on an international scale throughout Asia, with a primary view to customers purchasing yachts as well as offering would-be buyers the opportunity to buy and charter. Also the operation will progress and expand to provide charters around the globe.
As the ideal candidate you will have extensive experience at management level with 7 years in the charter sector and a good track record of growing a yacht charter business commercially. You will also be well educated in the Charter business, coming with industry intelligence and your own network of clients.
You ideally have Asia experience although not crucial.
The office is located in beautiful Thailand and you will report to the Group Director.

Responsible for working on refits for the Leisure, Commercial and Defence sectors, the company has enjoyed a multi-million pound turnover that is increasing year on year. With projects as far afield as the Australasia region they have built a truly international reputation. 
The Project Surveyor will work closely with the Business Development and Sales arm of the business in order to survey, specify and quote  on refit projects from a basic cabin refresh through to major remodelling of existing and new vessels all over the world. As such, you will need to possess a background and qualification in marine surveying, to have been gained in a Commercial atmosphere, including both interior and exterior surveyors. 
Further to your surveying experience you will also need to have an understand and experience in pricing and specifying projects up to and beyond £500,000 in value. Again ideally your experience will have been gained within a Commercial atmosphere. 
On offer is a very diverse role that will offer a strong element of International travel. This would likely amount to 'up to' 12 weeks out of the country made up of a high number of shorter trips, so this is something you'll need to be comfortable with before applying. All travel and accommodation will of course be expensed. There is huge potential to continuing growing with the brand, and to carve a strong career with this employer
