Marine Resources will be giving all jobseekers an online personal profile area.
All existing candidates who have previously registered with Marine Resources will be receiving an e-mail granting them access to their own personal profile area.
If you are not already registered with Marine Resources then don’t worry; from today you’ll be able to register even quicker than before using the new system. Upon registering you’ll automatically be sent your unique password and username, once received you’ll be able to get access to the personal profile area.
With your user area you’ll be able to update your personal details, contact numbers and e-mail address. In addition to that, Jobseekers will be able to upload new CV’s, covering letters, references or any other supporting documents

Trinity Sailing is looking for an experienced Sail Training skipper to join its team in Devon as Operations Manager.
The Operations Manager will be responsible for running our fleet of four historic sailing vessels, including acting as skipper on a regular basis.
This is an exciting opportunity either for an experienced Operations Manager or for some body who is ready to progress from a full time sailing role. The ideal candidate should have experience of working in a small office-based team, be computer literate and familiar with basic MS Office applications. An organised approach to handling information and managing workloads is essential.

We are building Composite Yacht's in the 30-38 Metre range for discerning customers. Quality and first class workmanship are paramount in this role.
We are operating a "semi production" build facility and experience and an interest in this approach is beneficial.
You will have served a recognised apprenticeship and have at least ten years of experience. If your work is your passion and you are keen to pass on your skills to a willing workforce you may wish to join us here in Turkey.

We are looking for someone who has wide experience including:
- Experience to at least Coastal Skipper level.
- Enthusiasm in all aspects of yacht maintenance - fixing, polishing, antifouling, repairing, cleaning and looking after all the usual requirements of a charter fleet.
- Computer literate including Excel.
This is a full time job and includes weekend and evening work as required.

DINGHY AND WINDSURFING RACING COACHES AND INSTRUCTORS - VARIOUS, UK

SALARY
The coaches will be contracted by the RYA, through recent Sport England funding, for between 20 and 70 days per annum (depending on their availability/ skills) and deployed throughout England, working with a number of clubs/centres either within a specific region or across the RYA Zones.
Each Regional Club Coach will be responsible for delivering training, promoting the RYA's race training schemes to volunteers within clubs (with the purpose of increasing the skills of our volunteer base) and identifying talented young sailors and encouraging their development within the Junior and Youth programme.
The ideal candidate will have proven competence as a qualified coach/ instructor who has the potential to become an RYA Level 3 Racing Coach and/ or Senior Instructor and be able to inspire sailors, parents and coaches alike.

We are UK distributors for Caudwell Axis Drive, TRAC stabilisers, thrusters and hydraulic systems, Maxwell windlasses, and Lombardini Marine engines together with being main dealer for MAN, Perkins Sabre, ZF, PRM & Kohler. Our customer base is broad ranging from individual boat owners and operators to major UK boat builders, UK MoD and large shipping lines. We also have a growing number of industrial based engine operator customers.
We currently have a vacancy for a qualified Marine Engineer to carry out service, repair and overhaul work on site and at our workshop. To be successful in this role you will preferably have experience of the engine and gearbox brands we represent with manufacturer training and a professional qualification. You must work to the highest standards un-supervised and accept responsibility for your work. You must have strong problem solving and diagnostic capabilities together with knowledge of marine electrics, engine management systems and general boat systems. An uncompromising approach to quality of work and customer satisfaction is required.
Working from our Southampton office the job is based mainly along the South coast, however when required travel within the UK and overseas with nights away is a requirement for this position.
