You will help with the arrangements of the London and Southampton Boat Shows and will be expected to attend both shows.  You will arrange, promote and attend 'Open days' at regular intervals during the year and attend our social events in order to build and reinforce our customer relationships.  Some weekend working is therefore required. 


Prerequisite Skills:

Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in the marine industry
Exceptional communication skills reflecting this 'people' business

Good management and organisational skills
IT literate with knowledge of word, excel and ideally Apple computers
A good understanding of CRM systems and ideally desk top publishing
A passion for sailing and knowledge of boats
