Requirements: 
 The right candidate will have experience of servicing 4 cylinder and 6 cylinder diesel engines in the commercial or leisure markets
 Repairs and servicing of generators 
 Fault diagnosis 
 Marine mechanical, electrical and plumbing experience. 
 Upkeep of maintenance records, stock control, health and safety records/risk assessments
 
Desirables:
 Time served as a Marine Engineer with experience of working on all types of engines
 Experience running an engineering department
 MCA legislation knowledge

The successful applicant will have at least basic engineering skills and an interest in the marine sector. Preference will be given to those applicants that have relevant higher education qualifications, including a Marine Engineering BTEC, apprenticeship or degree and proven experience in the industry.  Experience in welding, plumbing, basic electrics and marine propulsion is also advantageous. Turk Launches are willing to provide training for the right candidate.

BWML are looking to recruit a Marina Manager based at Hull Marina, having responsibility for the day to day running of three marinas in Yorkshire (Hull, Ripon and Lemonroyd nr Leeds).  Hull is a coastal Marina whilst Ripon and Lemonroyd are inland marinas.
 
Preferably with extended experience of the leisure boating industry and certainly knowledge of boating around the Humber region or tidal estuary, the successful candidate will be well educated with at least three years’ experience in a management role, preferably IMM or CMM qualified or with RYA qualifications.  Customer service, staff management and safety management are all essential as is flexibility of working and the ability to travel.
 
The successful candidate will be someone who is a hands on person, leads by example, acts appropriately on feedback and has the ability to drive further growth from the sites.  Able to engage staff and customers and always looking to improve the customer experience, sustainability and profitability.  Someone who can work with senior managers but able to take ownership of their local business themselves.

Working across a range of high value vessels, this role will be working for a particular owner, overseeing his fleet of motor vessels ranging from 40-140m. A stickler for detail, this owner is a hands on individual, and is keen to have a close idea on the running of his fleet, and also the various technical documentation that comes through from surveys and reports. 
The ideal candidate will need to have a strong grasp of the day to day runnings of a yacht as well as excellent operational skill. With this in mind, the role could suit a very organised ex-captain seeking a land based role. Excellent attention to detail, flexibility to travel across Europe, and strong interpersonal skills will all be important character requirements of the successful individual. 
With one of the current fleet in build and vessels travelling to a mixture of international destinations, there will be elements of international travel required. The role itself is located in Monaco, at the heart of the Superyacht world, so living with a commutable distance is of course advisable. 
This represents a great long term opportunity to work with a committed management company and owner, and become an integral part of the brand.

As part of an ongoing commitment to its production facility and international dealer network, this exciting marine industry brand are seeking an individual to head up the Aftersales and Warranty Parts department
This is a new role within the company, aimed at servicing both the main production facility and the entire international network of dealers, supplying parts for either spares or warranty repair. Offering the ultimate in service to all enquiries, this department will ultimately ensure that owners dont suffer parts delays or downtime of the use of their vessels due to parts-related issues. 
As the Aftersales and Warranty Parts Manager, you will be working with a number of KPIs in order to clearly demonstrate growth and development of the department across the board. With your team you will evolve an online parts ordering solution that will offer customers a simple and effective means to source items, whilst also creating a number of different 'service packs' and encouraging the use of brand-originated parts as opposed to third party products. 
Ideally from an Automotive or Aerospace background, you will have extensive managerial experience working with both customers and dealer networks, and be confident in developing a department through multiple KPIs. You will be used to running a team of advisors, and confident dealing with customers at all levels, offering expert advice.
