JOB DESCRIPTION
 The successful applicant will deal with a wide variety of customer and in-house generated orders / queries / tasks.

The successful candidate should have previous experience in an administration role with good working knowledge of office systems and procedures, including Word, Outlook and Excel.

Excellent communication skills with a clear and confident manner along with the ability to provide exceptional customer service at all times.  The ability to liaise effectively with other departments is essential, as is the ability to plan own work effectively using excellent time management and organisational skills.

A general understanding and interest in boats would be desirable, but this is not essential, as product training will be given.
