JOB DESCRIPTION
With over two decades of experience in operating exceptional sailing holidays, Neilson make sailing accessible to everyone. We are looking for Flotilla Mechanics to work in Greece and Turkey from now until the 10th November.
As a Flotilla Mechanic you will be responsible for the overall maintenance and repair of up to 15 yachts, ensuring Health and Safety regulations are adhered to - for guests and staff.
You will need to have proven engineering work experience and excellent customer service skills. Previous marine diesel engine knowledge is an advantage. Knowledge of 12V electrical systems is essential and you need to be first aid qualified.
You will need to have a can-do attitude with a hands on approach to your work as you may be required to assist in other duties within the flotilla programme. You will need to be an excellent communicator, highly self motivated and able to work on your own initiative. You will also need to be an excellent team player but with the ability to work independently.
