MARINA OPERATIONS MANAGER - £45,000 - DUBAI, MIDDLE EAST

The Marina Operations Role is a multi-discipline role, and requires a highly dynamic individual whom encompasses the following characteristics and attributes:

    A passionate hospitality professional; as a service industry, a person whom is driven to demand of himself/herself, and team, the highest customer service standards and to build strong and mutually respectful professional relationships with the boaters/members, captains, and crew.

    The ability to lead, and motivate a multinational team to achieve industry excellence; whilst respecting and promoting cultural diversity in the team.  Mentoring and leading the team will take up at least half of the daily duties of the M.O.M.

    On site management of four separate marinas, spread out over the 3km Dubai Marina Canal. Ensuring service standards are upheld, and dock staff visibility across all marinas.

    Being a key driver (together with the club's engineering team) of the marina maintenance and upkeep program, with a strong focus on preventative maintenance. An integral part of this is the ability to lead the R&M procurement program: dealing with the marina's contractors, quotation processes etc.

    Key planner and organiser for the club's active 'Cruising Club' rally program - organising 1-4 day yacht rallies to various locations in the U.A.E and Oman, as well as the workshop and seminar program of key speakers in the club premises itself.

    Working closely alongside the Marina Admin Manager, to ensure accurate and reliable records and maintained at all times.

SALARY
