- Have a strong focus on leadership and service

Prerequisite Skills:
. Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in the marine industry
. Exceptional communication skills reflecting this 'people' business
. Motivated, committed with a strong team work ethic
. Good management and organisational skills
. Excellent IT skills
A competitive salary is offered with 4 weeks paid holiday plus statutory holidays. Some weekend working is required ie for Boat Shows.
