JOB DESCRIPTION
The Flotilla Mechanic works as part of a small team providing support and a flotilla of up to 10 yachts and ensuring that our guests have a fantastic and safe holiday.

Neilson Active Holidays has built an enviable reputation within the travel industry as a leading tour operator in the active holiday market, specialising in sailing, mountain biking and skiing.

The flotilla mechanic will work with the Flotilla Skipper and Mate looking after the maintenance of up to 10 yachts on flotilla.

The ideal candidate will have a background in marine engineering or the motor trade and an ability to communicate with staff and guests of all ages and work closely with a small team.  It's a great introduction to the yachting industry which will provide lots of valuable experience.
