This is a 'key' appointment where you will be responsible handling incoming technical calls and responding to incidents from email and telephone.  You will be required to speak to our dealers directly to help identify any problems they may have and guide them through various technical procedures. We see this as an opportunity to take a leading role in our business and help carve your future career with us as we continue to grow.

You must have the ability to communicate effectively in both written form and vocally, and have the ability to quickly build trusting relationships with our dealers. You must want to be part of a small dedicated and supportive team with the benefits that brings, as well as the extra responsibilities that this carries.
