Primary Function
To engage in all aspects of sales administration including the processing and co-ordination of sales enquires and orders.  This is a customer facing role where speed and accuracy are of the utmost importance to ensure excellent customer service.  Working as part of a tight team the successful candidate may be given a specific customer base to develop relationships.

Role Responsibilities
  • Responsible for quoting and selling Survitec Group products accurately and according to pricing manuals / margins specified.
  • Consult directly with clients as well as suppliers / buyers to ensure sales orders and quotations are processed accurately and promptly and in accordance with Key Performance Indicators.
  • Enter details of sales orders / quotations into the company IT System so that client enquiries are properly received and processed until completion of the sales order.
  • Maintain and develop computerised sales & marketing database.
  • Utilise stock-control system to advise clients on availability of products and liase with the Purchasing and Production Departments toensure accurate lead times are given..
  • Liaise closely with other departments within the company to determine the technical requirements for Survitec products so that clients receive accurate technical advice.
  • Ensure delivery dates are met by liaisng closely with internal departments to ensure that orders are within the turn-around time for the sale, communicating with the client at all times.
  • Work with 3rd party logistics and chosen shipping partners to add appropriate freight charges to orders.
  • Accurately record all complaints to ensure the company can engage in continuous improvement.
  • Pro-actively work to increase sales revenue for a designated client base through excellent advice and understanding of their business.
  • Propose alternative product when requested ones are either out of stock or discontinued.
  • Ensure all quotations are followed up and updated on time and in accordance with set Key Performance Indicators.
  • Lisase closely with all clients/customers and build good solid relationships. 
  • All other duties reasonable associated with the role.

  • Regular checks on safety equipment

Bareboat:
  • Skippering charters of up to 9 clients at a time

A market leader within the Marine fitout sector require a Project Manager to join them for a contract role, based out of their Hampshire Head office.

The perfect candidate would come from a Marine Fit-out background, be it Leisure or Commercial, however we are also keen to speak to individuals who have worked within shore-based interiors within the hotel sector. Working with large scale projects is very important.

A good level of computer literacy is required, and a working knowledge of Microsoft Project would also be required.

A market leader within the Marine fitout sector require a CAD Draughtsperson to join them for a contract of 3-6 months at their South Coast Head office.

Working as part of the Design / Technical team, you will be responsible for design work specific to the joinery area of the business. With this in mind, the ideal candidate will have previous joinery experience, or an interest in this area.

Ideally you will have worked with Solidworks and  Autocad 2D and be proficient in both, as well as possessing a high level of Computer literacy.
