About the position Main Duties and Responsibilities: General:  All yacht preparation on turnaround days including deck cleaning Briefing clients on safety and yacht systems Sharing knowledge of local area in briefings Advising on sailing questions Any other duties as directed by the Base Manager Flotilla:  Safety of clients throughout the week  Presentation and maintenance of yachts Full first day briefing to entire flotilla and daily briefings to clients on route including weather information Greeting clients and assisting boarding Safe mooring of yachts each day  Socialising with guests Regular checks on safety equipment Assisting with the organisation of group meals, BBQ's, competitions and punch parties Writing weekly reports on the flotilla Cleanliness and good presentation of the lead boat at all times Ensuring host and engineer are fulfilling their duties Bareboat: Skippering charters of up to 9 clients at a time Yacht deliveries Call outs and maintenance Regular checks on safety equipment Base/Flotilla support when not on charter Requirements:  RYA Yacht Master Offshore with commercial endorsement Ability to work under pressure and make difficult decisions Experience in a customer focused environment Sociable and positive personality Strong organisational skills To Apply To find out more and apply please click here: http://www.marineresources.co.uk/skippers-europe-locations-sunsail-135238
