Board a Boat is a new online platform for boat hires. We connect boat owners and Charter Professionals (freelance skippers) with people who want to go boating. Board a Boat is looking for ambitious boating enthusiasts to become Charter Professionals. You will welcome guests, take them out and help them live out wonderful experiences on the water. Our Charter professionals will have great local knowledge and top-notch communication skills.

Salary/Package:
Earnings will be proportionate to the level of service you can offer. The more interesting the trips you offer and the more boats you operate, the more you will earn

Ideal applicants will have:
1. Boating experience
2. Clean and tidy appearance
3. Previous customer service experience
4. Great attitude: approachable, welcoming, friendly, and professional
5. Ability to communicate well with customers of all ages
6. Ability to ensure a high standard of safety for customers
7. Technological literacy; familiar with email, the internet, smartphones etc.
8. Commercial endorsement - may be required
