Job Specification JOB TITLE JOB LOCATION   Telesales Manager Southampton, UK JOB REF SALARY SP\SA\MAN\ADM\MKPR\OTH\135231 £25,000 - £35,000pa + Commission   JOB DESCRIPTION One of the World’s leading, online boat advertising firms is working in partnership with Marine Resources in their search for an experienced, enthusiastic and goal driven Telesales Team Manager, who is a talented Salesperson themselves with an excellent sales track record.   The role is defined as part salesperson and part sales manager. The successful candidate will be expected to generate and close their own sales, manage advertising and promotion, seek out new business development opportunities, as well as manage and motivate the successful sales team to maximise profitability. This professional will be responsible for providing stellar customer service to high-profile clients, to their every need and motivating others in a lead by example style.   The role will also require this Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies and new operational procedures, orchestrate networking opportunities, as well as assist in debt collection.   The RIGHT candidate for this role MUST have extensive, successful experience managing a team of salespeople in a telesales or high-paced sales floor environment, whilst pushing through sales and lead generation of their own. Computer literacy is crucial in this role as the company functions heavily through its own software system. The ideal candidate will be an authoritative yet enthusiastic manager, who is keen to lead by example, goal driven and ambitious.
