JOB DESCRIPTION





One of the UK's leading marina operators is looking to recruit an experienced manager for its Sovereign Harbour marina.   Premier Marinas, which owns and operates eight marinas on the South Coast, is committed to providing its berth holders with market leading marina facilities, high standards of customer service and great value for money . Sovereign Harbour situated in Eastbourne is the third largest marina with the group.  

The marina manager is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the marina including: financial performance; marina occupancy and berth utilisation; all aspects of customer service delivery; maintaining of all plant and facilities; relationships with key stakeholders and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.  They will also be appointed as Harbour Master.

Candidates must have relevant experience, excellent coaching and mentoring skills, the ability to communicate effectively, excellent customer service skills and the ability to delegate appropriately, A Certified Marina Manager qualification or previous marina management experience would be an advantage.
