   2. Polished deck fittings

A primary requirement is a high level of proficiency with TIG equipment in both stainless steel and aluminium. Ability with stick welding will be additionally required. Current certificates for TIG skills will be required for the Bermuda immigration application.

This will primarily be undertaken by the owner/manager especially at first, but a willingness to engage in this aspect of the operation will be expected. Mathematical ability would be required for this (basic trigonometry at least).

Once a specification, plan, or drawing has been developed the employee will be expected to take the job through all stages of fabrication to finished product ready for installation.
