Marine Resources target new marine recruitment sector with new employee on board

Tie joins the team with a good grounding in recruitment and headhunting after having worked as a Business Development Manager for Networks Worldwide, an Executive Search Firm specialising in working with High Tech firms throughout Europe and Asia. The Product Manager will be responsible for managing the company's products both existing and new.  The role will be responsible for ensuring that both existing and new products are properly and clearly defined, priced, promoted and managed so that they meet a clear market need and maximise their lifetime value, profitability and competitive appeal to clients.

The ideal candidate will have an engineering, marketing or business administration- related degree and broad electronics experience.  In addition, you would benefit from having at least 5 years' experience in product management, and experience in the marine industry would be considered an advantage, although not necessary.

Key responsibilities for the position include:

    * Being an expert with respect to the competition

The data used to compile this survey comes from our own database of jobs we have worked on or filled within the last year. All existing candidates who have previously registered with Marine Resources will be receiving an e-mail granting them access to their own personal profile area.

If you are not already registered with Marine Resources then don’t worry; from today you’ll be able to register even quicker than before using the new system. Upon registering you’ll automatically be sent your unique password and username, once received you’ll be able to get access to the personal profile area.

With your user area you’ll be able to update your personal details, contact numbers and e-mail address. In addition to that, Jobseekers will be able to upload new CV’s, covering letters, references or any other supporting documents

We are looking for an experienced sales person to join our small dedicated and busy team in Hamble. The successful candidate will be required to handle both brokerage sales and new yacht sales and project manage the sales process from start to finish.

The ability to create strong client relationships is essential and industry experience or experience of selling high ticket items is desirable, as are boat handling and sailing skills.

The position carries a competitive benefits package comprising base salary and commission scheme and no fixed ceiling to the expected OTE target.

SALARY

Base salary will be circa £25,000 dependant upon experience together with a generous commission scheme with an uncapped OTE.
