JOB DESCRIPTION

Yacht Refit Manager to join our team of 11 project managers To quote, sell, manage & invoice large yacht refits and repairs.
Including:

    * Following up enquiries from customers

    * Viewing boats to draw up technical specification
    * Liaising with equipment manufacturers regarding specifications & costings
    * Quoting customers
    * Obtaining signed orders & deposit payments
    * Managing labour & materials for yacht refits
    * Scheduling work
    * Day to day man management of skilled tradesmen & apprentices
    * Sea trials, defect rectification & handover
    * Invoicing & the collection of payment

Experience of big boat sailing an advantage
