Marine Resources target new marine recruitment sector with new employee on board

Marine Resources has successfully focused on the leisure marine sector to date, and is now expanding its capabilities to meet the special recruitment needs of the commercial, superyacht and offshore renewable energy sectors of the industry.

Tie wa Li has recently been appointed by Marine Resources as a Recruitment Consultant and will focus mainly on commercial, and offshore renewable energy sectors, in order to expand the company’s capabilities as a marine specialist recruitment agency.

Tie joins the team with a good grounding in recruitment and headhunting after having worked as a Business Development Manager for Networks Worldwide, an Executive Search Firm specialising in working with High Tech firms throughout Europe and Asia. Now working within the marine renewable and commercial marine sectors, Tie’s focus will be on building Marine Resource’s profile and client candidate database.

Tie has extensive marine knowledge, being a keen sailor he has participated at a competitive level in the 2009/2010 Clipper Round the World Race and is a member of the Royal Yachting Association.

Tie originally from Dalian, China, brings wealth of experience to the company and has a strong knowledge of the Asian marine industry. Tie’s extensive contacts in this market will help expand the company and build the company’s database in this area.
