SENIOR COMPOSITES ENGINEER – GERMANY

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a senior composites Engineer you are responsible for all aspects of Composites engineering including:

•    Supporting the GRP manufacturing in 3 facilities with engineering standards, material specifications, and production drawings
•    Developing, testing and investigating new technologies
•    Managing the tooling/plug building operations. Consisting of a team of plug and mould builders and an additional team of CNC 5 axis programmers and operators

  The successful candidate will be involved in all new model development relating to mould and plug building and laminate plans

We are seeking a highly motivated executive with an engineering degree (preferably ME or MSE)
Consideration will be given in lieu of a degree to candidates with extensive knowledge and practical experience in the field of marine composite technologies.

A minimum 5 years of management experience is a must.

Fluency in German is a plus. Fluency in English is a must with willingness to learn German properly.
