JOB DESCRIPTION
You will need to be confident with mastwork, splicing and swaging. Able to carry out rig checks & tunes to confidently provide accurate reports and quotations post vessel inspection. A good knowledge of all rigging products and components would be required, inc rope and wire materials and experience over seeing re-rigs .The right candidate will have a good working knowledge of sailboats and sailing, yacht rigging & hardware.Only experienced people required, with a professional attitude towards our clients and their boats. Good practical skills and common sense is a must! We cover all aspects of boat maintenance, so a good knowledge of boat building & sails would be very advantagous.
SALARY
Final job description and compensation based on experience, salaries ranging from £18,000-£24,000 for the right candidate with the right attitude.
