The role will be diverse dealing with all aspects of sail making from service repairs to working with our market leading STRATIS membranes and all in-between. Seasonal Harbour Patrol Officer

They have identified a number of roles across the company that will require further staffing, with one such role being for Deck Fitters.

The role of the deck fitter combines a number of disciplines, and so would suit a multi-skilled individual. On a day to day basis you would be work to fit a range of deck equipment to include teak decking, hatches, windows, electrical and mechanical systems. You would be no means need to be an expert in all fields, but an understanding in the above areas would be very much beneficial. You will be working extensively to cut/bond and fit the aforementioned items to GRP hulls or decks, and so also be able work with Fibreglass and understand how it reacts to cutting and bonding.

This front of house role is ideal for someone looking to come off the yachts and back to shore for 4-6 months.

The role in brief will require you to be the first point of contact for inquiries then manage and distribute them effectively, working with in house teams to deliver all information and/or resolutions to any problems quickly and effectively to the customer, issue quotations for berths and invoices, understand and explain berthing regulations, issue and retrieve security cards, as well as be flexible to assist with any other customer requests. You will also be required to attend meetings and take down keynotes.
