Applicants must have marine experience and possess a recognised qualification at least equivalent to RYA Power Boat level 2.
SRC/VHF licence, Day Skipper (shore-based) qualification and first aid certificate are all desirable but not essential.

Previous experience of working within a sail-loft and working with a range of fabrics is necessary. Also, a knowledge of sewing machine maintenance would be desirable.
