Customer Service Assistant is being sought after to join the front desk of a respected superyacht marina in the Mediterranean.
This front of house role is ideal for someone looking to come off the yachts and back to shore for 4-6 months.
Maybe you come from a high end hospitality background or hotel industry?
You must be comfortable in a customer facing environment, well presented, educated and well spoken.
The role in brief will require you to be the first point of contact for inquiries then manage and distribute them effectively, working with in house teams to deliver all information and/or resolutions to any problems quickly and effectively to the customer, issue quotations for berths and invoices, understand and explain berthing regulations, issue and retrieve security cards, as well as be flexible to assist with any other customer requests. You will also be required to attend meetings and take down keynotes.
You will crucially be multi-lingual – English and Spanish are imperative – Italian and other languages would also be highly beneficial to the team.

N.B. This is initially a 4-6 month contract – hours are shift work between 7am – 11pm
