With a busy International dealer network, a luxury marine brand is seeking to employ a Customer Services Manager to work with its franchised resellers across the UK and abroad. 
Known for offering a high standard of vessel to its owners, this brand is now looking to develop its aftersales departments to ensure that quality standards are aligned internationally, and that all customers are treated with the highest quality of service. With ongoing maintenance needed internationally, they want all their customers to be able to visit a brand franchised service centre, and know that they will received the same great service as when they collected the vessel from new. 
As this concept is not something that would be considered commonplace in the marine sector, it has been deemed likely that the suitable individual will come from outside of the marine sector, and will currently be employed within either the high end automotive or aerospace sectors. You'll need to be highly experienced in working with franchised and brand-owned dealerships across the UK, ideally internationally, and uphold exceptional standards with everything you do. 
There will be a number of key areas that the company are looking to improve upon and develop, and this will be discussed further at interview and through further qualification. 
This is a huge opportunity to make a big  difference in the marine sector, and to push an amazing brand even further in their international excellence. 
Salary:
£60-75,000 plus benefits.
