Ancasta International Boat Sales Ltd, Europe's largest firm of yacht brokers is looking for an enthusiastic Brokerage Manager for their Dartmouth office. Individuals will need to demonstrate excellent sales, interpersonal and communication skills, have the ability to build and develop relationships with clients, and possess a good working knowledge of both power craft and yachts. The successful candidate must have a proven track record in managing and developing a brokerage/sales team, have a can-do attitude as well as the ability to provide the highest level of professional service in the industry.
You will be joining an established, high-achieving and professional brokerage team. Salary will be dependent on experience and includes a basic salary plus commission in a lovely working environment based on the River Dart.
