PLANT MANAGER FOR GRP PRODUCTION - GERMANY

JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is one of the leading Yacht and Powerboat manufacturers in the Marine Pleasure craft sector with over 650 employees. For their production plant in Germany they are currently looking for an experienced Plant Manager for GRP Production

Your responsibilities would include;
•    Managing the day to day operations of circa 40 employees
•    Scheduling production work and meeting production deadlines
•    Insuring that products are manufactured to engineering specifications and standards
•    Engaging in cost cutting solutions and continuous process improvement
•    Developing, motivating and training new and existing employees

Our client is seeking a Manger with an engineering degree or a comparable background or training, extensive know-how in the field of GRP processing and at least 5 years management experience in a Manufacturing/Production environment.

Fluency in German is a plus. Fluency in English is a must with willingness to learn German properly.
