TEAM LEADER - YACHTING & AVIATION - £40,000-£45,000 - ISLE OF MAN

JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is based in the Isle of Man, a highly respected international financial centre, which has become the jurisdiction of choice for superyacht registration and management.

Our client is a leading independent trust and corporate service provider with its headquarters in the Isle of Man and offices in Jersey and Cyprus. They have established a reputation for a unique and distinctive approach to business within a fast moving industry. Led by a young, driven, entrepreneurial management team and backed by one of the UK's leading Private Equity firms, it has extremely ambitious plans for the future.

Our client is at the forefront of yachting and aviation management on the Island.
They are looking to appoint a Team Leader to their Yachting & Aviation team.

Reporting to the Senior Manager – Fiduciary Services, your key responsibilities will include: -

    * Managing a team of staff, ensuring they develop in line with both their own and the company’s objectives
    * Client relationship responsibilities for a wide range of significant international HNW clients
    * Working closely with our client’s tax, business development and legal teams to enhance client relationships and influence new business opportunities
    * Liaison with top tier intermediaries

The successful candidates will: -

    * Ideally have previous experience within the yachting and aviation industry
    * Have strong technical skills and comprehensive experience in dealing successfully with a wide range of fiduciary issues in the relevant markets
    * Have at least five years experience in administering a diverse portfolio of international trust and corporate clients or in the yachting and aviation industry
    * Ideally, be part qualified and working towards or have attained a relevant professional qualification
    * Be able to demonstrate success in delivering excellent customer service
    * Possess a confident and enthusiastic manner when dealing with people
    * Have excellent communication and organisational skills and enjoy working within a dynamic environment

SALARY

£40,000-£45,000 pa negotiable depending on experience and background
