Full Job Description:
With immediate effect, we are looking for a Trainer to be based in our office in Yangon, Union of Myanmar. He / She would be reporting to the Training Director / Training Manager in the following tasks:
* Fluency in training delivery. Will be required to conduct training of in-house nautical subjects for Officers and Crews
* Familiar with the Training and Development process. Will be responsible for the Administration and Management of the company’s Training and Development System
* Experience with the Instructional System Design. Will be required to design and develop new nautical training programs
* Experience with the Instructional System Design. Will be required to evaluate the efficiency of the training programs
* Experience in competency assessment. Will be required to assess the Officers and Crew’s competencies, efficiencies and effectiveness upon completion of the training programs.
* Ability to organize and Conduct Officers training workshops, seminars and forums
