JOB DESCRIPTION


 As part of the marina's management team you will be responsible for all aspects of running one of the largest marinas in the UK. Applicants must have extensive experience in leadership and problem solving in order to deliver the highest levels of customer service to our customers. Duties will include the liaison with berth holders, managing staff, project management, generating sales and increasing retention, liaising with visitors, on site tenants, stakeholders and contractors as well as driving our own busy boat yard. 

Applicants for the role must have previous supervisory experience and good communication skills, be flexible and have the ability to fit in with a small team dedicated to offering excellent customer service.

Experience of working within a marina or the marine environment and with knowledge of boatyard handling equipment would be advantageous. 

The position will be working as part of a rota system with summer and winter hours depending on the demand of the marina, the role will also include working some weekends and bank/public holidays.
