One of the fastest growing New Boat Sales and Used Yacht Brokerage is looking for a Boat Sales Manager / Senior Yacht Broker to co-run one of their UK South Coast offices.
This small office with excellent sales potential is keen to take on a proactive sales manager who has experience Managing New Boat Sales: specialising in Sail Boats as well as Yacht Brokering and has a demonstrable sales track record.
The role will require this, organised and clear communicator to Sell and Broker new and used boats with a very proactive initiative. The successful candidate will be expected to engage in extensive business development including the immediate targeting of the brand’s database of previous and current clients. This individual will also be responsible for brand recognition in the area.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a Manager in New Boat Sales, particularly in the Sail Boat sector as well as display excellent marketing initiative. This role would also suit a Senior Yacht Broker looking to capitalise a new area. The candidate will be used to managing a small office and capable of working individually and as part of a small team
There is an excellent progression opportunity here to move up to Group Sales Manager as there are imminent plans to expand.
