JOB DESCRIPTION
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Yachtmaster Instructor with a background of working with young people, to set up, develop and run an extensive sail training programme, and on shore related activities, in the Portsmouth area.

The Sailing Master will be responsible for the overall management, operation and  maintenance of  the yacht "Boleh", as a sail training vessel for the principal use of young people attending maintained schools and residing in the Portsmouth area.

"Boleh" is currently undergoing extensive restoration funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund and will undergo sea trails in July 2014. She will be handed over to the Portsmouth Sail Training Trust in September 2014 as a fully equipped MCA coded Level 2 sail training vessel.
