JOB DESCRIPTION
Leading a team to provide excellent care and service to guests on flotilla , in the beautiful sailing areas of the mediterranean, ensuring that they have a fabulous holiday experience.

The ideal candidate must be a Yachtmaster Offshore with a happy, 'can do' disposition.  Able to communicate with guests and staff of all ages.

You must be self-motivated, flexible, organised and enthusiastic.  Previous customer service experience would be an advantage. 

You will be working as part of a team to provide an enjoyable and safe flotilla experience for guests of all ages and abilities following the Neilson programme.
