TERRITORY MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION

Market: Instrumentation and Pilot systems for the race-boat and high-end cruising markets

Key elements of the role:

• The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual who will assume responsibility for the sales of B&G products in a number of key countries
• Ensuring sales through distributors, direct to key yards and projects and meeting associated sales targets
• Proactively contributing to the planning and implementation of local marketing activities to support the sales effort

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following:

• Minimum 3 years sales experience preferably within a complimentary industry
• An enthusiastic and determined team player motivated by the opportunity to work as part of a dynamic specialist organisation
• Experience in planning and executing successful sales and marketing strategies
• Direct end user sales experience would also be considered an advantage
• Direct relevant experience gained in sailing [either racing or cruising] will be a distinct advantage
