Due to the impending retirement of the current MD, this well-established manufacturer of marine products, based in the South West of England is seeking to appoint a person who has the drive, enthusiasm, ability, and proven track record to take on the role of running the company.
He or she should be able to demonstrate that they are capable of achieving targets, managing a staff of around 50, have worked in the marine environment and have knowledge of the marine industry ,and above all be ready for the challenge of driving the company forward both in sales, productivity, profitability and to meet the demands of running a successful manufacturing company.
A knowledge of the Super Yacht Industry would be an advantage and the successful candidate would need to be able to relocate to the South West.
In return, an attractive salary, and benefits would be available to the successful candidate.
