JOB DESCRIPTION
An enthusiastic, hard working person with a positive attitude and a "can do" approach to life is required to answer sales enquiries and provide sales support to our field sales team. This interesting and varied job involves primarily dealing with sales leads and enquiries, coordination of engine sales orders, liaison with our head office, managing after sales and dealer warranty matters, and working at boat shows.
Applicants should have an active interest in marine diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical and electronic installations, different boat types and boat construction methods. A formal education in these subjects is not essential and it is likely that relevant experience will be more useful.
Product training will be given. A good command of English and an excellent telephone manner are essential. You will be responsible for dealing with trade customers, end users and overseas colleagues by e-mail, letter and telephone. You must be computer literate with experience of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
