JOB DESCRIPTION
Williams Performance Tenders specialize in the design and manufacture of jet powered yacht tenders, supplying customers worldwide through an extensive dealer network. Due to continued growth we have an exciting new position for a dealer manager reporting to the Sales Director.
As the main point of contact for the dealer from pre order negotiations through to dispatch date, the successful applicant will be responsible for all aspects of the dealer relationship with Williams Performance Tenders. The monitoring of dealer performance will be key to ensure Williams is represented professionally throughout the world.
In addition to maintaining the existing dealer network, the dealer manager will be responsible for the growth of the Williams dealer network with the specific aim of expanding sales and support in new territories.
The successful applicant will have previous experience in sales management, preferably in the marine sector. The role will require a technical knowledge of Williams products, and training will be given to familiarize the individual with the construction of our range of tenders and their fitment to yachts.
Based at our factory in Oxfordshire, international travel will be necessary to support the Williams dealer network and attendance at international boat shows will be a key aspect of the role.
