Sales Director(s) Europe & OEM – Unique Opportunities
Our client is the premier designer and manufacturer of proprietary underwater LED Light Engines and Lighting Solutions. Dedicated to the underwater marine lighting market and needing to manage growth, they are looking to enhance their world-leading design & manufacturing team with Sales Professionals both at Executive & Director levels.
Our client is based in the UK, however the roles that they are looking at have a European/Global focus so location is not an issue.
Responsibilities for the role(s) are dependent upon position but include: -
• Developing sales strategies
• Developing relationships with Boat Builders, Yards & Distributors
• Analysing market opportunities and selecting specific targets for success
• Managing Key Relationships
• Achieving target revenues
Successful applicant(s) will have the following profile: -
• Results oriented
• Proven track record in international marine sales
• Excellent understanding of the marine industry
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve success
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Language proficiencies
• Experience in the global marine lighting industry would be advantageous
