JOB DESCRIPTION
Essential Skills
. A proven track record in Direct Commercial and Retails Sales of at least 3 - 5 years.
. Experience in direct consumer and commercial retail and wholesale sales in the UK and/or other ccountries. Ability to follow up new business opportunities and arrange sales meetings.
. Experience in planning and preparing product sales presentations.
. Ability to communicate new product developments to prospective customers
. To assist in the preparation of Sales literature
. Experience in providing management with market activity and sales feedback.
. Hold Clean driving license
Desirable Skills
. Knowledge of the leisure marine market or keen sailor
. Knowledge of the sport supplement market
Personal Skills:
. Have strong customer focus with excellent communication skills both written and verbal
. Have good working knowledge of computer operations
. Work to clear structured targets on a monthly/annually basis
. Be able to efficiently operate in a team environment with drive and enthusiasm
. Initiative and Enterprise and self motivating.
. Be Trustworthy and discrete
