 - Experience working to sales targets is prefered.
 - Experience of working within a small business will be of huge benefit

YACHT ADMINISTRATOR – MONACO

Our client is a leading Superyacht Brokerage, Charter and Management Company with offices worldwide. Due to continued expansion they have an opening for an experienced Yacht Administrator for their Monaco office.

Role and responsibilities
The successful candidate will provide financial and accounting services to Owners and Captains who belong to our client's expanding fleet of yachts. Services include budgeting, monthly accounts, payments, payroll and insurance.
In addition, he/she will liaise proactively with the Captain, Crew, Owner/Owner's rep , banks and insurance companies, to ensure the smooth operation of yachts at all times.

Requirements
Knowledge of yachting and yachting operations, a good head for figure and a desire to join a professional team at the top of the industry are key requirements.
The ability to comply with deadlines, work under pressure and provide accurate reporting is a crucial.
In addition to English and French, Italian and/or Russian are a great advantage.
2/3 years experience in a similar position is essential.
A background in yachting is preferred.
