Our Client is a well established luxury Yacht manufacturer, based in the UK. Due to continued expansion, and the development of new models, they have an exciting opportunity for a weekend shift Production Manager to join their team.
Working hours will be 12 hours per day on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
You will do a handover each week with the Production Managers from during the week in order to establish what work needs to be completed.
You will be working across three different models in our client’s range of yachts.
The successful candidate will be expected to co-ordinate the weekend work, and ensure all necessary work is completed on time. You must be able to work to deadlines and have excellent management skills.
Candidates must have a relevant marine background, and experience of working on a production line.
This is a permanent role, based at our client’s production facilities in the South West. Candidates must live in the local area already or be happy to relocate on a permanent basis.
