JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client, an established and successful organisation, is looking for an experienced individual to manage one of their largest marinas on the South Coast.  Their focus will be on the utilisation for the berthing, boatyard and property facilities at the marina, therefore this will be the successful Managers focus as well.

The successful candidate will be required to work closely with key business stakeholders and authorities and develop the existing relationships.
You will be expected to manage all budgets and forecasts including profit and loss as well as that all investments and expenditure are in line with existing policies and procedures.

You will have previous Marina Management experience, ideally coupled with CMM certification.  Your communication skills will be second to none.  You will have the ability to process, analyse and interpret financial reports and be capable of prioritisation and time management.

You must be eligible to work within the UK, otherwise you application will not be considered.

£38,000 - £41,000 + benefits
