JOB DESCRIPTION

To be responsible for all areas of the watersports instructor role including but not limited to:

Teaching various Watersports including fishing, sailing, windsurfing, kayaking, SUP, motorised or kitesurfing (qualification dependent) for all ages from child to adult, internal training will be given where needed
Ensuring guest safety on and off the water
Providing Customer Service in accordance to SOPs, centre and RYA guidelines.
Adhering to the Centre SOPs and staff code of conduct at all times
Operation and daily maintenance of the kit and equipment.
Delivering a high level of customer care for all guests
Working with the team to ensure a coordinated approach for all events and activities
Drive sales within the Hotel and take an active part in developing the revenue through new products and working to the guests' needs
Managing bookings and the reception area
Handing daily revenue and cash up
