Golden Arrow Marine is a specialist marine power, systems and equipment supplier and is part of the Salterns Marina Ltd group. We have branches in Chichester, Poole, Portsmouth and Southampton. Our Portsmouth & Chichester branches are a Volvo Penta Centre, Honda Marine dealer, Perkins Marine dealer and ZF Service Partner.

We currently have vacancies for  qualified Marine Engineers to carry out service, repair and overhaul work on site and at our workshop.

To be successful in this role you will require broad experience of equipment and systems on boats of up to 30m and must have recent Volvo Penta certified training, this is a critical criteria of the job, you will not be considered without this training.

Experience on other engine and gearbox brands we represent will be an advantage. You must have excellent problem solving and diagnostic capabilities together with knowledge of marine electrics, engine management systems and general boat systems. You must work to the highest standards un-supervised, accept responsibility and take great pride in your work, an uncompromising approach to quality of work and customer satisfaction is required.

Working from our Portsmouth & Chichester branches the job is based mainly in the local area however you will be called upon to assist other branches and carry out work along the South coast. When required travel further afield within the UK and overseas with nights away is a requirement for this position.
