Golden Arrow Marine is a specialist marine power, systems and equipment supplier and is part of the Salterns Marina Ltd group. We have branches in Chichester, Poole, Portsmouth and Southampton. Our Portsmouth branch located in Port Solent Marina is a Volvo Penta Centre, Honda Marine dealer, Perkins Marine dealer and ZF Service Partner.

This position is a front line customer service role with a focus on day to day parts sales activities, stock control and stores administration.

To be successful you will need a proven track record in parts sales with product knowledge of Volvo Penta, Honda and Perkins. You must have a desire to deliver excellent customer service at all times and be able to work under pressure individually and as part of a team.

The role will be varied and interesting, whilst concentrating on parts sales you will also be responsible for stock control, parts ordering, stores housekeeping and stock taking. You will also assist with enquiries for service, repair and maintenance work and when required new unit sales of inboard and outboard engines.

The roll includes the inevitable administration duties, you must comply to company procedures, have good attention to detail, be a good communicator, team player and computer literate.
