JOB DESCRIPTION
The post holder will be required to manage a small team of full time and freelance Instructors, oversee the maintenance of a small and growing fleet, handle technical customer enquiries and assist in the ongoing marketing and development of the company. The company runs training in yachting, dinghy sailing, keel boating, power boating, PWC, windsurfing and motor cruising.
SALARY
5 day working week, 28 days annual leave, training provided, fully expensed iPhone included. Salary is negotiable.
