JOB DESCRIPTION
A great opportunity to join a company that is producing pre-production models for one the worlds leading production yachts; now one of the largest among German producers - they have a new & exciting position to head up their Plug and Mould department.
This is following continued recruitment in development of their Prototype Team.
They are one of the five largest manufacturers of ocean-going sailing yachts in the world; and now one of the largest among German producers. Following continued growth; doubling sales revenue and boat production over the last three years; they are looking for experienced production managers to join the team… Specific experience in plug and mould making is essential; as well as a background in small craft production management; sail or power.
The ability to manage and coordinate different teams and trades is essential. A practical approach to finding and developing solutions will be required as will excellent communication skills…
Design and development information is primarily in written and spoken English.
Fluency in English is a requirement
A good working knowledge of German is also required…
Basic spoken German will be needed in day to day life at the very least.

SALARY
