JOB DESCRIPTION
Energy Solutions is a leading manufacturer and distributor of specialist equipment into the marine and vehicle markets, dealing with customers from the UK and overseas. An expanding company with over 20 staff we currently have a vacancy for a Production Manager.
This position is based full time at Medway City Estate, Rochester, Kent and will head up a team of 5-8 people in our electrical and panel building workshop.
We are looking for someone with strong man management skills and a proven track record of project management. It would be helpful, but not essential, to have marine industry experience as the high percentage of our work is within the production boat building and super yacht business. The ideal candidate will to be able to demonstrate hands on experience and motivate the team to achieve project deadlines within strict quality guidelines.
Applicants will also require full Office computer skills; a full UK driving licence and the ability to undertake foreign and UK travel for work projects as and when required.
SALARY
Salary Range £25k - £37k dependent on experience
